Delete directly in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Loom app. Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
- Open the Loom app on your phone
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom right)
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion when prompted

Request deletion by email
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us. We will process your request within 7 days.

- Your account and profile information (name, email, age, gender)
- All wardrobe data including scanned garment images and AI-generated tags
- Saved outfits and outfit history
- AI Stylist chat history
- All schedule and occasion data
What may be retained
- Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked back to you
- Data required to be retained for legal or compliance purposes (retained for up to 12 months)
